The image is well executed, and I love your concept, which I believe you were successful in achieving...even the physical link between man and woman.

 

My concern is the print itself. I would like to see the print with the callas popping a little more.

I'm not suggesting the print will work better if there is stark contrast, because the soft mood of your print is very nice - but, is it possible to bring a bit more drama to the photograph while maintaining the soft mood?

 

It seems there is an opportunity here to explore how far you go with the contrast of light and dark, while maintaining the vision.

like the way you brought the 2 together. they really flow into one another. these lilys are fun to shoot. i just shot one its in my folder if you want to take peak. overall this is a great shot. oh and bravo on the use of 8x10.
