A happy new year to all on photo.net. My apologies for not

commenting on anyones work for a LONG time, but this is the first

chance I have had for Pnet fix in weeks.

This was taken on a night of glorious light interlaced with severe

rain storms on the Glamorgan Heritage coast. All critique welcome.

Phil.

Phil, this is great. I like how the front rocks lead my eyes to the sky/storm. The purple color of the clouds makes this photo that much more unique.

Bravo Phil! You've captured South Wales in its glory (not to mention the rain) ... We need to continue to upload images like this and identify it as South Wales for all to know just how beautiful this land is. Best wishes. Taha

Absolutely Superb,Phil. Whomever it is with the 3/3's, must be pitied. He/She has to be blind, and only has a one Button Remote.

Nice photo Phil.I find it difficult sometimes when taking pics of sea and beach for it not to end up looking like two vast dull regions. with the white arc of the water coming in you have filled a large portion of the photo and it also takes away the square nature you can get with seascapes. The rock in the foreground is a nice touch. Well weighted photo.

If I could ask for anything it would be that it was a little brighter but perhaps that wasn't possible or would had consequences in other aspects of the shot. I just think it would have brought out the sunlight and rays in the top third of the shot giving it an ethereal feel.

Great photo, going to check out your other photos now.

A happy new year it will be indeed, if my eyes keep feasting on such outstanding works of photoart!

I can't fault it (not that I was trying to!) Perfect capture, Phil!
