You could add a little sharpening, and maybe bump up the color saturation a little. Maybe photoshop out the railing or whatever it is in the lower left. But honestly I think it's a very nice photo as is. Nice expression, good capture of a loving moment.

Hi! I also think you caught a great moment and it appears honestly spontaneous. The color of the dry leaves in the background is really nice, as is her hair and the fantastic shine, still how about trying black and white, or sepia, maybe? Just an idea. Cropping and framing are just right! Nicely done!
