Well, what can I say? After a couple of days on the ocean, you just

feel like that!

My take on this one is to crop the top off all the way down till the top-left corner of the frame is right above where the brown rail meets the left edge / also trim a bit off the left edge so you loose the string of bulbs entirely. That way you loose the string of light bulbs and shift attention to only clean / strong / simple lines. Hmm... a tad higher contrast would also make this picture even stronger. Good luck.
