kahkityoong 0 Posted December 31, 2006 With just a hint of colour left in the sky I took this long exposure. Specifications : Gitzo tripod, ISO 200, f11, shutter speed 2 minutes, Cokin filter holder, 3 stop hard ND grad. Link to comment

carsten_ranke 0 Posted December 31, 2006 Heavenly light and colors ! Very good in-camera work, the grad ND transition zone is invisible. Excellent landscape ! Link to comment
stp 6 Posted January 2, 2007 This is excellent. All of the forms make for a great composition: clouds, distant land, sections of rock intersected with water. Your use of the grad ND filter is perfect. Link to comment

richard van hoesel 0 Posted January 2, 2007 The orange horizon slicing into the predominanlty blue palette is lovely Kah Kit. The highlight region on the water is perhaps a little fierce - maybe a bit of a burn there? Link to comment
kahkityoong 0 Posted January 2, 2007 Thanks for all the comments & suggestions. I have revised the image by lightening the right part of the sky. Richard, you're right the water is a bit hot in the left part of the sea. Perhaps I overdid the contrast in levels. Link to comment
mikestacey 0 Posted January 3, 2007 Love the blue pattern amongst the rocks Kah - breaks up the foreground very nicely and creates quite a stunning effect. Sky is also compelling, both with the streaming clouds and the touch of warmer colour. Link to comment
namurray 0 Posted January 4, 2007 First class, like all your work Kah. Congratulations. Kind regards, Neil Link to comment
