I appreciate images that capture people at work. There is such an intensity of purpose, that seems to bring the frame to life. I wonder if this would be even better if you were half a step back and snapped the shutter just a fraction of a second earlier, so that you you saw all of his left hand and the handle were not blocking his face. Nice intensity and melding of man and machine.
