I really like the lighting, particularly the edges in frost. It seems slightly soft though.

I think you are right. Bottom left 7 o'clock leaf looks about in focus, the yellow one is slightly behind it and is not. Suspect i was not close enough ot too far away or didnt have w/o macro on. I think the flare on the ice in the sun also contributes to the 'soft' appeareance, but if the central leaf was truly pin sharp I think you could see more definition in the veins.
