This is a beautiful bird. Is this the original background? It looks like the bird and twig were cut out and placed over a new background. Very nice colors on the bird.

Thanks for your comment Leroy. What's on the background is a snowed pine forest placed on the side of a ridge about 300m away. The day was cloudy and the light reflected on the snow on the grownd gave the bird a funny lightning. The perch was settled intentionally, close to the feeder I used to attract the birds, that's how i got the clean background.
