For December 21. Winter 2006.

Well composed and certainly very original in concept. Maybe the Magenta needs to be diminished abit, never the less a good shot.

Hey for a minute I thought this Baywatch? I think this was very well done...I don't think I agree with the bearded one...I think this image does well with the warmth of the magenta... but I could be due for my monitor to be calibrated!...was it a foggy day or early morning? Where are all the people?

What was your process? Whatever it was keep having fun! Juan

It's a great story : (he he) ~ I had the day off of work . . . and was driving up the coast toward Ventura and Ojai. I had the camera with me, but held off on shooting since i had an appointment in Ventura that I wanted to get to timely. UNTIL, I saw this lifeguard station! Number 12, the number of my son's birthday! ~ It was a foggy day and around 11am. I almost got a Baywatch shot, since the lifeguard truck was there, but then he pulled away, and nothing came of that.

A friend I met on P.N (Vi P) has a birthday on 12/21. So I did make the shot this way, hoping to be able to flip it and layer it to make a "12.21" shot! With Marco's help, (and he gave me Photoshop Elements 3), and I got a helpful book, I accomplished the layer and the flip! My first Layer! I'm quite proud. (I also added text!, attached below)

I have tried a little to lessen the magenta, but that is another new skill yet to be acquired! For now, with your blessings, it will remain as is! :))

When I looked at the ratings of this this morning, I saw I had 21 ratings! and the picture was viewed 2010 times! What fun!

I am almost tempted to count how many times the number 12 appears on this page! Would you bet it could be 21! Hope all is going well.!

I will tell you this: I just received a special poster print of one of my photos, and it is awesome to me! And the fence it is a picture of has 8 pickets, and just as I touched it, I did so in 2s!! 2,2 2,2 like the twenty-two nubmer of the day written above from you, and the one back to you from me ~ 22 22 I saw when i went back to the page! quel fou! can i say that:?
