Nice one. The sky is a little washed out and too bright to the right, but otherwise tones are nice.

very nice. My only quibble is the featurless sky. I might crop the top a little tighter, just above the building.

I agree with Bob, the sky would be much less of a bother to me if there were less of it. I love the detail in the waves. I would almost be tempted to try cropping this into a panoramic shot by removing the background land masses entirely. Not certain.

 

At any rate, a very nice photo.
