Guest Guest Posted December 10, 2006 Some good things to remember with any photo genre:- Base points (corners, thirds)- Golden mean or thirds splitting- Triangles- Eye lead with three key points- Diagonals- Harmonious and opposite colors- Depth Of Field -control (DOF) to pop the target- Less is better i.e. tight compositionsHere more about Golden ratio. Thirds is just simplified method of it. Also to remember is the fold position in an opening of a mag.ps. Seems it is "golden ratio" and not "golden mean" (philosophy related). Link to comment
