sjmurray 33,688 Posted December 9, 2006 Great shot Alec! Very engaging moment of the boys, and the cat and sitting child in the background increase the depth of the photo too. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted December 9, 2006 Thank you very much guys for your kind comments. Didn't know a rustic image of simple living can get so much feedback. It opened up my eyes everytime I visit places like these. To know how lucky we are living in an IT world where our friends are just at a click away whereas there are others who live secluded not knowing what's happening but still contented with life. kslonaker 0 Posted December 9, 2006 Wow, love it, Alec! So many things going on, yet this doesn't come across as too busy. You just want to keep looking and picking out different elements. The kids' expressions are great! This has a lot of appeal on many levels. Link to comment

joanbn 0 Posted December 11, 2006 Amazing photo...even a kitten... It's never a surprise that children are happy as they have no idea that they are impoverished. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted December 12, 2006 Is the small kid smiling or crying? So much real life in this shot, Alec, a speaking shot. Link to comment

seancrane 0 Posted May 26, 2009 Agree with everyone. This shot really demands that you look around the frame from the two boys to the boy sitting in the background to the clothes on the line and the cat and then back to the two boys. Excellent. Link to comment
