It is colorful and striking, but for me needs more contrast in brightness between parts of the picture. That's only my taste. I copied the image and played with it to increase the darkness below the marquee and made the red at the top lighter. I am attaching that version to this critique. Hope you find it useful.

Chuck, it is definitely interesting to see a different opinion. In my original picture, the bottom half was even darker, i had to manipulate it in post processing. thanks - narayanan
