great colors and how you placed the forms in the frame. i like the choice of black as matte also. only thing that takes away is the dirt instead of grass - i guess no time to plant seed and wait, huh? ;)

I like the increased saturation, but maybe a little too much blue. Otherwise a wonderful landscape. I, too, like the matte, but would make is smaller; it is a bit overbearing.

colours totally over the top and so much the better for them! btw, how did the water get so deep indigo while the sky remains pale? also is it just me or is curvature of the horizon apparent into infinity?

The curvature on the horizon is from the wide angle lens (24mm) and the color of the water?? Maybe it is the luck of the Irish.
