This was my first attempt at capturing the ballet using only the

light available.

Jason , It's a nice composition. I do think you over-exposed the subject to the point where she has lost all texture and the highlights are blown. Your cameras meter will over-expose a scene like this unless you are carefull. thanks for sharing the photo.
