Good picture ! A classical subject but the floating balloons in foreground introduce an unexpected element, i think it works well. The 50/50 comp doesn't bother me but, since there is no real reflection on the water, maybe it could have been avoided by taking the picture from a slightly lower POV. Also i see a small tilt to the left. Again, good & attractive photo anyway.
