If you have to choose between the knuckle/back of the snake's head and its eyes, I'd rather have its eyes. But otherwise it's really interesting to have the peoples' faces in the distant background like this. Nice composition! Link to comment
sketch_tbhotmail.com 11 Posted December 17, 2006 whether or not focus can be achieved doesn't matter sometimes, what I find makes this picture great is the contrast in textures between the fingers and the snake's skin. I have to agree with Donn on the faces in the background, it really adds interest to the photo in that they are both fixated on the snake or the camera. whichever doesn't matter because you get the feeling that they're proud of the native snake and they want to include themselves in the picture. well done.
