frank91664879031 0 Posted November 25, 2006 Marek, did you underexpose to achieve the effect you want on this image? The DOF looks consistent on the boat, what aperture did you shoot at? Did you do anything special to get the silky affect of the background or was it natural? Once again, great image. Link to comment
hyzdic 0 Posted November 25, 2006 Frank, I was trying to make a correct exposure to the foreground. Also put a graduated 2-stop ND filter to hold the sky as the sun was about to rise. Aperture was set at 16 if I recall correctly. Finally, I pulled the curves in PS to get a bit of more contrast and to make it slightly darker for better colors. Thanks for stopping by!
