j_m_lee_photography 0 Posted November 26, 2006 The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice there is little we can do to change until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds. :0)) Link to comment

colin carron 58,916 Posted November 30, 2006 I agree with Sarah about the arm It seems to give it life and movement while the rest is a wonderful collection of b&w. Great invention! Link to comment

laurentlacoste 0 Posted February 7, 2007 Beautiful and rare picture, Pnina. Excellent light. I like the illuminated arm and the living character as well as the shadow on the left-hand side that seems to turn its back on the man in the foreground. I couldn't imagine the photo without any of those elements. Link to comment
mark_q 0 Posted June 12, 2008 I'm so glad I happened to discover this gem, better late than never, one can't see all the treasures hidden in one's portfolio. Very fascinating mix of elements and I do appreciate those color details, the arm and heart, both essential. Soft diagonal across those sharp figures is a good addition too, IMHO. Bravo! adan1 0 Posted September 22, 2008 This is a classic. You captured the transition between the fictional world into reality through the arm of the guy in the foreground. The light plays an instrumental role in revealing this transition and the way that it shines on the arm couldn't have been more strategically placed. Notice how the direction of the arm is parallel to the line that runs through the whole composition. The placement of the heart on the male shadow is a humorous and suggestive commentary on the difference ways that the sexes fall in love. Link to comment
