I'm still trying to get the hang of how much to cut off when framing photos like these. Especially the tops of heads. Comments/suggestions greatly appreciated. Link to comment
dennisbarnett 0 Posted November 20, 2006 There's certainly no rule of thumb here, no pun intended. As long as there isn't an obviously bad cropping. This is very nicely shot and the cropping is fine. It's spontaneous and it works because of it. I find the watch distracting, though, unless it's an ad for Patek Philippe. But it's a beautiful portrait of a very pretty woman. Link to comment
