View from 11,000 feet

Some advice about skies was given to me by a photographer a couple of years ago: if it it does not add value to the photo, crop it so that only a small amount is left. That is what i would do with the white sky. Otherwise it is a fine capture. I know what it is like at those elevations - cold, lower oxygen and mostly flat lighting.

PS - there might have been a 2nd photo - a vertical - mostly on the left side.

I see what you mean about cropping the sky. Is this any better? Yeah, there were several other shots I wanted to take from here, unfortunately the fog was so thick that this is the only shot I could snap before the fog rolled back in and everything was completely white. you can see it coming from the right side of the picture.
