Hello Paul. Very nice landscape. I don't like the gray platform in the foreground - a footbridge? It takes away from the landscape, especially due to the gray pillars sticking up and blocking parts of the image. To my taste, the bare tree in the middle loses a bit of spotlight because of the dark gray cloud behind.

I would also drop the ugly frame. Your photo doesn't need it. As much as I like the rest of the photo, the gray matter in the foreground is spoiling it (burn it) - so I would give it 3.5 points out of 7. Cheers, Micheal

This is on a golf course in the Santa Barbara area.

The foreground is a foot bridge on the golf course. As far as the frame goes... it is more of a black color when I printed the photo, so it is not quite as ugly!!!
