The sky in this is nice. The composition is 50/50, should adhere to rule of thirds to make more interest. The foreground is very underexposed - not enough detail (could have shot brackets and merged the images to 'cheat' the medium's dynamic range). There is really no subject to this one. There should be a church, building, big tree, person, or something in it to draw the viewer's attention (I just made the same mistake myself because I was intriqued with clouds and the hills in my frame, and I produced a boring shot). Hope this helps. It is meant contstructively.
