gb3 6 Posted November 4, 2006 Oscar - I see what you were doing, the geometry with its multiple diagonals with the zebra lighting thrown in as a bonus. Where I think it misses is the lack of lighting on the models face. That's usually where people look first and although that can add mystique, it just seems too dark here (there's also a dark spot on her ankle that distracts). Grain often adds effect w/ B&W, but somehow it doesnt work here. finally, I think her foot and top of head being cut off is a negative. All these things could work, but somehow they just didnt come together in this particular shot. -GB Link to comment
