neilpeters 0 Posted November 2, 2006 Stunning and peaceful. The off-level not a concern for me, it actually helps the mood, maybe a bit too much foreground, but those leaves help frame the composition. Really nice Felix. Link to comment

felix-diaz 0 Posted November 2, 2006 Neil, The appearance of an off-level horizon is due to the perspective of the left bank of the lagoon. Link to comment
d_gillespie 0 Posted November 2, 2006 Thanks for letting my eyes go on a nice quiet trip around this little lake. Very painterly effect with the soft colors and sky against the sharp focus of the leaves and water. Landscape photographers can really gain some valuable experience and capture some nice images when they are willing to go out and shoot on days it might not look perfect. Composition and patience are showing in your work. Young shooters take note, this is very fine work. Link to comment

lonebearimages 0 Posted November 3, 2006 I have to agree with everyone, this photo takes one on a splendid little journey through the composition, light, and colors. Reminds me of the paintings of Bierstadt or Thos. Moran. Great job! Best, Chris Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted November 4, 2006 Absolutamente fantastica. Que colores y que buen encuadre! Y vaya cielo. Nada como una tormenta en ciernes para dar estos tonos Link to comment
mmmee 0 Posted November 10, 2006 Very nice composition. The V top and bottom make this a very interesting perspective. I know its a V but when I view it my eye still seems to travel in a semi-circle. I guess my eye follows the line of the colorful trees. It holds my interest for quite a while. Its relaxing and refreshing to view. Link to comment
momente 0 Posted November 12, 2006 A magical place, surely. Impressive tonal and dynamic range, enveloping sharpness. The image has a certain nikon feeling, which can only make Sony look good. ps: I took the liberty of mailing you with some specific R1 questions. Hope you don't mind. Link to comment
