cyrus khamak 0 Posted November 2, 2006 What a beautiful shot, framed and captured nicely. The look of the dog in the direction of the "master" is what makes this shot work for me. I hope you don't mind but I cropped off the spot of ground in the lower right corner. Cheers. Link to comment
cyrus khamak 0 Posted November 2, 2006 Does the second version, horizontally flipped, work? Link to comment
jorgetagle 0 Posted November 2, 2006 This a very sad shot by the street but the dog is with his friend always. Link to comment
claire 0 Posted November 2, 2006 A very bold capture. I like it loads and the sepia tone works very well here - creates mood and depth of feeling. I have to say that the reverse works exceptionally well too. It seems to emphasize the ownership of the dog. A wonderful capture. Regards Claire http://www.photo.net/photos/claire Link to comment
sebastjan 0 Posted November 3, 2006 I liek it very much. Sephia toning works fantastic here! Link to comment
street photography karina 0 Posted November 5, 2006 Very strong. The dog just does it here. Without it, it would be another photo of a homeless man. The dog embodies the sadness of the situation. Link to comment

John Peri 1,037 Posted October 2, 2012 A sad but very powerful image. The expression of the dog adds to the despair and drama. Excellent work my friend, bravo. Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted April 6, 2013 I am sorry I've missed many of your excellent captures over the years, this once especially Luis. The dog seems so sad as he gazes at this poor soul. Your choice of processing was perfect for this capture Luis. Link to comment
