dom n 0 Posted November 12, 2006 you have captured the elegance of a dancer as well as the focus and training of the body all at once. the outfit emphasizes the former while the flexible pose, frozen in time, focuses on the latter. i like the gradual gradient of the bg and i'm glad you left this in color so we could appreciate the warmth of her skin tones. pnital 36 Posted November 18, 2006 Classical movement Kelvin, different from the others more modern ones. I like the shallow DOF.delicate image. Waiting for more of your skilled works.;-)) Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted November 19, 2006 Agree with Pnina, A very classical, delicate & graceful pose. Beautiful capture of her white costume against the light bg. Link to comment
raywei 0 Posted December 1, 2006 "Miles Davis once asked Keith Jarrett if he knew why Miles stopped playing ballads. Miles' reply was because he liked them. Self-repetition destroys innovation." You see, Kevin, that's why I stopped abusing instruments, just love music too much, now I am abusing cameras. :D Jokes aside, I think that's a wonderful statement you made and your photos tell me that your words are from your heart. Congratulations again for a job well done here. Link to comment
