AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted October 29, 2006 I might burn the rock in the top corner because I find as the strongest highlight in the shot (within a shadow no less) my eye is almost magnetized straight to it. Dodging the tips of the ferns slightly might help to create a highlight balance in the foreground, too. But, none of this detracts from the fact that I really like the composition, and the photograph has a lot of varied textures throughout. Cheers, Aaron Link to comment
tad doxsee 0 Posted October 29, 2006 Aaron, Thanks for the comment. You're absolutely right about the bright rock at the top. I toned it down a bit at it helped a lot. I also added some highlights to the ferns. It's nice to get such helpful hints here at PN. Tad Link to comment
