Well seen but I would crop more such that the lower right part, floor, shadow is less or not visible. The stairs itself is tremendous.

If the photo is about the stairs, then every grain of the photo has to be about the stairs. Anything that detracts from that has to be eliminated and that's not easy to do all the time. Photography can be hard work. It's a process that's about curiosity and exploration and it all starts with really knowing what you want and then morphing your vision and nature together until you get an image that you can live with or not. So do you think that the photo is successful relative to your original idea? For me, there is a lot of unresolved space in the photo, a lot of stuff that pulls me away from the real point of the photo.
