Great pose, face, smile. I like the sun glare. I would like to see a version with the dark and light points adjusted. That would increase the contrast and make everything snap.

Kevan's right on the mark. This shot works so well in so many ways (the reflection on the glasses, the flare of the sun, the expression of the girl... just a quick adjustment to levels or curves and you're in business! (Reminds me a little of one I've got of a random Asian guy in my street folder).
