This is the start of a nice B&W composition. Scene is good, composition is good, I basically like it, but I think the tonality is off and the skies are blown, which in this case really distracts me.

 

Some Photoshop might really help - don't know how much you know about blending channels and all that stuff. If you can find a channel with more detail in the sky, it would really help. The tonalit of the buildings seems off to me, or rather it could be better. The blacks are there, the whites are there, but it still seems out of balance. There must be a thousand techniques for converting to B&W, not all are equal

I like the perspective you chose. Good use of the diagonal lines of the tracks to lead me into the photo and then back across the face of the buildings. The sky doesn't do much for me though, kind of blah with little detail. I wonder if cropping across the top of the buildings might add a little more impact.

I really enjoyed this shot as it could have been taken in 1915. There are no modern reminders that it is today. I love old photos and this looks like one to me. If you were trying to convey a sense of yesteryear I think you deserve an "A"++.
