I really like this, but sometimes you fall in love with a photo and

can't look at it objectively anymore... what do you think?

Personally it doesn't do anything for me. If the girls had been unaware of you and just simply enjoying playing in the curtains and having a fun time and you caught the moment ...yes but they are to posed and stiff for my taste but thats just me. If you love it, than enjoy it for what it means to you.
