gerrypriest 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Oh wow - great but too much - at least two pictures in one!! Sky unnecessary. Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted October 18, 2006 Thanks to all who have taken the time to rate and comment. Gerry, I will crop the sky and review the revised photo. Gerry, Francesc, Reth and Kazimiera, I promise to visit your portfolio and return the favor of rating and commenting. I prefer leaving comments when feasible. A few notes about this shot: the day was not ideal and the fog/mist was moving quickly - sometimes blanketing too much of the scene and for a few fleeting moments I liked what I saw and was ready to push the button. The (tourist attraction) Menenhall ice glacier is adjacent to this location. Everyone, including myself was shooting the glacier (not too sucessfully) and then I turned away and discovered this spot. judyroush 0 Posted April 11, 2007 Terrific! You do wring every ounce of color from our misty atmosphere. Our whited-out sky is such a great reflector, I like seeing that you showed it. It's definitely a part of SE Alaska's world! Link to comment
jan_piller 0 Posted May 7, 2007 At first I thought Ayyad had a valid point but upon further consideration, decided, this needed all the top stuff. There was alot there - beauty from top to bottom - so think it should all be included. Nice job. Link to comment
frank91664879031 0 Posted December 17, 2007 The pines on the mountainside shrouded in mist, the deciduous foliage in the foreground, the rock face, the orange/red foliage on the waters edge and the reflection make this an outstanding image. Link to comment
deniselanterman 0 Posted May 5, 2008 Tony, I love your landscapes. The misty clouds frame this image beautifully and I like how the line of red/gold separates the reflection . It looks so real- wish I was there. I'm going to head down to the Tulip Festival later today, with my camera. Should be fun. Cheers. Link to comment
bertr 0 Posted May 20, 2008 once again I have browsed through your portfolio. It's difficult to select one image out of all the beautiful photography displayed there. This one caught my eye...it's simply a wonderful shot...Bert Link to comment
