ada-ipenburg 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Dear Sondra, Wim. Lannie, Tony, Mirko, Floriana, Eyad, Bilian and Ben thank you all very much for your great words. I'd never expect that this creation would be so well received. I appreciate it very much that you took the time to look and comment my picture. Eyad, I don't know exactly what you mean when you talk about 'ambiguity' concerns this picture. My English is still pretty poor, alas. I hope you will be so kind to explain to me what you mean. But ofcourse I will upload the picture in a larger size. Warm greetings, Ada:-) Link to comment

Gekke lieve groetjes van Ada;-) Link to comment
eyadnalsamman 0 Posted October 20, 2006 Dear Ada. The ambiguity means that a situation in which something can be understood in more than one way and it is not clear which meaning is intended. For me, this photo has several artistic and aesthetic aspects. It seems gloomy with the effects of the sky. It seems also classic and retro with style of the architecture. The full moon phase may refer to other meanings with the flying birds or bats. It is really again for me a vast field for many artistic symbols and ideas. I hope that I have explained what I have seen and noticed in your photo Ada. Regards .. Eyad .. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted October 23, 2006 Ada, this castle is alluring and scary at the same time. Just like when you read a fairy tale, or a gothic story and you are scared but can't stop reading as the fascination is stronger than fear. Link to comment

ada-ipenburg 0 Posted October 23, 2006 Dear Eyad, now I understand what you meant to say. Thank you very much for your extensive explanation and great comment! Paula, you're a woman who loves mystery and gotics I have noticed in the meantime. I feel very honoured with your visit to this mysterious spot:-) Leuk dat jij de sfeer hier sprookjes noemt Hans, inplaats van eng of mysterieus zoals de meeste anderen. Groetjes;) Link to comment

MichaelChang 12 Posted October 25, 2006 Ada, I see you have made full use of IR in creating this mysterious mood. Nicely done! I will probably experiment also at some point. :-) Link to comment
Link to comment
ada-ipenburg 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Nicola, thank you very much for your kind words. It's a real honour to me that you find it looks like an old picture. harnstrom1 0 Posted November 4, 2006 This could be a cover design for an album of Janis Joplin singing "Full moon". I rember 1970 and fairy tales covers from that period. Amusing picture. Very well done. Link to comment
ada-ipenburg 0 Posted November 9, 2006 Biswajit, Lerslie and Jan, thank you all very much for your kind comments! I'm sorry for my belated reaction but I hadn't noticed that I had received comments to this picture, I'm so sorry;-)) But I'm really glad with your enthusiast reactions. And Jan, great shot of the moon. Is it yours? Yes I remember Janis J. It was a great time, Flower Power and nothing else as fairy tales. Time has changed a lot. Flower Power ceased to excist, but fairy tales will live on forever. Warm regards to all of you! Ada:) Link to comment
