Sorry, Peter, harsh is not my thing. I like your style, especially the way you use the environment around the subject. Using this old building is a good example. The way she interacts with the building by her sideways glance is what gives the image a story to tell. You might want to try this again where you include more of the building on the left side. This will give stronger leading lines directed at the girl on the right side. This would also make her sideways look more meaningful.
