Good composition and high-key work. Two comments. First, maybe this needs a little more contrast. Second, there are two images in one. I'd crop out everything on the left leaving only the 3 men in a portriat orintation.

Thanks for the input Howard, very much appreciated. Regarding contrast, I agree with you. regarding the splitting---it's a good idea indeed, but then the three guys on the right would have an unbalanced ``look,'' something the lady on the left arrests in this version. Best regards.
