afterthoughts 0 Posted October 12, 2006 Great candid shot. Excellent b&w conversion. Also, great split second timing to get the boy, the girl, and the man to form this composition. Well done. Link to comment
dchatter 0 Posted October 12, 2006 I'm glad you like it Howard. This is not a conversion from color; it was shot in b/w and I've toned it a bit in post processing (that's all I've done). Best wishes. Link to comment
street photography karina 0 Posted October 13, 2006 I like the brightness in your latest uploads. The contrast seems a bit higher (and to my taste better too). Here, you have hip-shot a nice group of people, although I think they wouldn't be too pleased if they would see it :) Link to comment
dchatter 0 Posted October 13, 2006 I'm so glad you like them. It's actually the lighting in the mall that creates this interesting lighting. About your last comment: I'm afraid these are the last pictures of this place I'll be able to post; I was chased off these premises by the security guys :-) perhaps somebody objected to photography... how they located me I'm not sure because not once did I bring up the camera to my eyes :-( But I think there is another small such mall in the vicinity :-))) Best regards.
