jeffrey moore 0 Posted October 13, 2006 I agree that the Photoshop work is obvious; looks like a composite. But I don't think you can say definitively that the moon is a Hubble shot. It's definitely possible he could have captured this with his Nikon. Link to comment
richard glover 0 Posted October 18, 2006 A.C., this is NOT a shot from the Hubble telescope. As Jeffrey surmises, it is indeed a composite of two shots I took with my Nikon D70. I agree that the post production work is rather obvious, but it meets the two criteria that I set for myself. One is that the moon not be floating in a black empty sky, and two is that it not be obscured by the clouds. The charge of plagiarism is a serious one, and one I definitely refute. Link to comment
