photogrrr 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Nice bleak vs light. I would maybe remove the lower third to get rid the big branch and the light stone, which is kind of dominating. Link to comment
soltani 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Beautiful colors. Congrats. I'd like to see the trees lightend. Link to comment
ayyadalnimer 0 Posted October 8, 2006 It is a good shot...and I agree if you remove the lower third of the picture it will make the eye moves easier up and down and into the left and right Link to comment
seandepuydt 2 Posted October 8, 2006 Andrew this is a very interesting shot with the darkness dominating the scene. I like the composition and the nice sky that you've captured. My only nit is the magenta, that this version of Velvia is known for. Glad to see you posting again. - Sean Link to comment
steve fong 0 Posted October 9, 2006 This a great photograph. I respectfully disagree with the others about the lower third. I think the lower third is what makes this photo most interesting and adds direction and depth to the picture. For me, the composition is perfect with the two large branches pointing to the upper left hand portion of the picture which has the opening between the forest of trees. Very nice composition. henrimanguy 0 Posted October 15, 2006 Very beautiful landscape view with a nice dusk atmosphere. Perhaps a bit too much blue ? Link to comment
