Tim, My favourite of your 3 current posts in this series. It works because of the intimacy, the invisible diagonal line connecting their eyes. Just my opinion but I include another crop for your consideration. Again, in my opinion, my crop is even more intimate because it minimizes the tendency for the viewers eye to escape their faces & wander out of the frame at the bottom. Darker clothing on both would have minimized the tendency of the bright clothes to draw the eye away from their faces. A winner in any case. Best, LM.
