very beautiful image... however... is it an illustration or what? Can't help but notice there is no bone in her teeth or trailing wake. Also... the realitively calm seas don't reflect the wind conditions...she's heeled over pretty good for calm seas.

Wow! This is absolutely marvelous! I can't find any flaws with it, really superb! Congratulations. Beautiful, beautiful light. I love the way it lights the sails. I like the ship listing as it does also. It really does take one to a different time and space.

Dear Kraig, the ship on the picture is a model of the (in)famous swedish ship Vasa, which went down in completely calm water (people from Stockholm should know this story better than me :)). This is the reason why I left the water without trails.
