lighting is perfect! have seen the harbour many times myself. It is a tough subject because there are so many photos out there of it. This one is a great composition, but it needs something to set apart from all the harbour photos out there, like an unusual viewpoint or vantage point that the tourist don't know about, say from one of the country parks or from daih Mo San, etc.
