The photo itself is great, I think.

I'm drawn to look at the subject a little closer. Maybe a larger sample would be better. The falling petals effect is splendid as well.

Location?

Captivating composition, unusual and very enticing. Kept my eyes on it quite some time. (It would be a shame to be a composite; that flying hair looks a bit too studio-ish, and had you brought the fan at this location, wouldn't it have disturbed the petals? ah, nevermind, in this case, the end-result is more important).
