Pelicans

ENCORE, JIM, ENCORE!!!

I too "joined up" here at photo.net as did another fan of your photography. I gasped in awe and am not ashamed to say so, when I first viewed "Pelicans".(I also relished each and every photograph in your portfolio.) You have a gift that obviously gives joy to many, many people as well as myself. I used to enjoy doing pen & ink sketches with much emphasis on detail and bright, bright colors. That is precisely why I am quite enamored by your style. My husband has been encouraging me to try my hand at photography a love that I didn't have the time for while raising my children nor the money when I was younger. I am retired now; not by choice, but by Multiple Sclerosis and your lovely "Pelicans" have compelled me to go out again into the natural world that I love and capture some "treasures" to share with others as you have done. After all, I can still push a button on a camera. Bless you Jim and thank you for the inspiration! By the way, I enjoyed your black & white works as well. You'll be seeing something from me soon!
