hubbcap99 0 Posted September 22, 2006 Great shot. only wish that it was not blury on top. Link to comment
dominiquedodge 0 Posted September 22, 2006 I liek the way it looks like both a fingerprint and a microscope shot of plant cells. Both represent "Life". Neither the darkness nor the blur bother me. Intriguing. Link to comment
tom t 0 Posted September 22, 2006 Obviously a recognisable texture and good theme fit. Esthetically for me it's too dark and the dof top/left/right bothers me - this is the kind of texture that I would prefer to see tack sharp. The darkness makes it kind of morbid in my eyes. seven 0 Posted September 22, 2006 It's a clever interpretation, PT, also great to have this in the archive in case PN ever requires us to lodge fingerprints for ID purposes. Link to comment
patrick flynn 0 Posted September 22, 2006 I really like the theme match; the blur on the left, lower right, and upper portion of the photo detract from the image. Link to comment
megansteen 0 Posted September 22, 2006 Definately a good theme fit! I don't mind the darkness, nor the blurred edges. Haha, good point Seven! Link to comment
uneboite 0 Posted September 22, 2006 Well, I dont care about the blurs and I actually like the fact it is dark, it gives the pic an interresting mood where it could have been a dull clinical shot. Also I like the tiny white spots that we can see along the lines. Theme fit in my opinion. Very original! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted September 23, 2006 Well, not always everything in life is sharp ... there are blured and dark spaces, so I think it is a nice idea, and them fit of what looks like fingerprint. Seven's idea about ID prints made me smile.... Link to comment
giuseppe_miriello1 0 Posted September 30, 2006 the fingerprint look is way intresting, and i like the overall darkness of the image. On the other side i guess that the out of focus features adds a strong interest point at the very center of the image. the only detracting issue is the demarcation line on the low left corner... was it evitable?
