A good idea nicely carried our. I personally would have preferred it without the fancy border. I rated it 6 for originality but just 5 for aesthetics because, although I like the concept and how no objection in principle to the missing heads I do find the fact that they have ben cropped to jarring. Perhaps copping slightly lower (i.e. not at the shoulders would work better.

A really beautiful image in its simplicity...the tones and muted colors are great. I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future! Best regards -- Bishop
