Thanks Mike. I probably need to rescan this using a different monitor as I'm not sure about keeping those brownish hues in the roof. They come from tweaking the midtones at scan time.

I didn't notice the brown tones. I think it's ok the way it is. I know I fool with my scanner settings a lot [sometimes too much] before I hit the scan button. I've had this thing for over a year now & still don't know half of what it's capable of. This is a good composition in my opinion,

Mike, thanks a lot. I have only recently begun scanning pictures at my scanner's maximum resolution so I am probably being overly obsessive...

Hi Leo.

 

I very much like this clean and simply composition. The lines and different levels of focal points bring me all the way through your image.

I like this very much. The use you did of the lines in the roof is excellent.

 

PS I do see some brown or sepia hue, very smooth but I would say that it is there.
