semiotician 0 Posted March 11, 2002 I am looking for Joy division in this shot. Where is the fateful Ian Curtis. (ask me if this is confusing) Great symetry, great lines. Nice toning Link to comment
paedric 0 Posted March 11, 2002 great tone and contrast. and the spherical abberation is perfect. A1 Link to comment
andrea_gingerich 0 Posted March 11, 2002 Very nice symmetry and lines. The black and white works well for this shot. Link to comment
hendrik_hoeth 0 Posted March 13, 2002 Nice pic. But I would like it more if it was symmetrical. The asymmetry is distracting. Link to comment
will_smith 0 Posted March 26, 2002 Erm... looks like all the lines that should be straight ARE straight... We just haven't figured out how to make Underground tunnels with straight side in London. I like the shot. I've been meaning to go play in London Bridge Station ever since it was done up. You've given me the kick to go do it now. Link to comment
aim sdveirs 0 Posted March 30, 2002 Did anyone else see the head and shoulders in this photo? look at it from a distance - think of the circle in the middle as a head and the stairs coming at you as the body. Anyway, the lines form the outline of a persons upper body. Link to comment
simon evans. 1 Posted April 11, 2002 An image that really draws the eye in to the centre. There is enough interest to keep the attention within the frame. The shapes of the wall tiles are fascinating, and I like the way everything has a tactile quality thanks to the changing tones and reflections. My only complaint is the title - it draws me to look for the idea imperfect symmetry. I may not have noticed otherwise. Link to comment
