Great exposure here. The photo is strong as is, but I wonder if it doesn't become more powerful by cropping out the top third of the photo. The sand, shadows and fence alone make a great shot. I think the dune and the waves take a little something away from primary subject of the photo.

Hi John~ Thanks so much for your critique. I tried another version of this scene.....please take a look at my reflections folder. It is a tight crop of only the sand....it is the one I prefer of the two. Regards!

I checked out the photo in your reflections photo. It is a very strong photo, but I would prefer this one without the background if I had to choose. I tried a couple of crops just for fun and this is what I liked best, but I almost switched my opinion to your view, so it is a close thing for me.
