Laguna beach in California

I took this picture when I was leaving laguna beach area. I thought

wow it looks really nice. so i took a picture. oh and if you could

look at my other photos it would be nice. im new and trying to get better.

First, if you take photos with a straight horizon, you have to make sure to level it or correct it with an editor. Your photo here tilts heavily to the right. As you pointed out, it's a nice scene but your main subject (I assume the sky) is a little weak and the dark cliff does not offer much. It may be better if you took the photo a bit earlier, say when the sun was still at the horizon. For land/seascape photos, try to find an appealing foreground also. Good attempt and happy shooting.

oh haha thanks. As i was kind of rushing as we were leaving so i didn't have much time to level it. and you're right the sky is not strong enough. I'll take it into consideration next time. thanks for the help again :)
